Here's a Court Watcher Report-

The parting slam against the Christines was the state doctor who testified on the last day of the trial.  The state brought him in to slander Brian and Ruth, and his testimony was word-for-word, by-the-book caseworker language like we see all the time.   These "doctors" say whatever the court wants, routinely.

They make their money working for state contracts and are mandatory reporters, who answer to the state if they do not cooperate.

The trial was filled with the typical unsupported hearsay that is the standard of juvenile courts and the judge allowed it.   There are extreme appealable issues for Brian and Ruth, however, the Oregon Court of Appeals affirms without opinion, without regard to the facts or the law or the violations that occurred in the process used to try the Christines.
