AFFIDAVIT OF JAMES LEONARD HENDERSON

I swear before God all I say is true and factual.
1. I, James Leonard Henderson hereby state that I am the legal husband of Mary
Joanna Henderson.
2. We have been married since July 17, 1987.
3. This is a second marriage for both Joanna and Affiant.
4. Joanna had 3 boys from her previous marriage: Dwayne, Philp, and Nathan
FAUTH
5. Affiant Leonard had 3 children from his previous marriage: Leslie,
Lyle, and Meagan HENDERSON
6. Joanna and Affiant have since had 4 children: Bethany, Emelle, Steel,
and Craig.HENDERSON
7. Joanna's second son has consistently displayed "behavior
problems" since before the marriage of Joanna and Affiant.
8. Joanna, for as yet undiagnosed reason, has consistently over-protected
Philip, made excuses for his behavior, and enabled his behavior to continue
unabated.
9. Joanna has from the beginning shielded Philip from punishment for his
behaviors and quite hostile if Affiant disciplined Philip in ANY WAY.
9. Joanna, from the beginning has justified Philip's behavior as "He
is only 3". Affiant has heard this reasoning consistently over the past 16 years, and in
fact less than one week ago witnessed Joanna actually say "He is only 18". Three months from
nineteen, actually.
10. Joanna happily latched on a clinician's "diagnosis" of
"313.89 Reactive Attachment Disorder" as a reason for Philip's behavior, since Philip reportedly
witnessed Joanna's first husband physically assaulting her.
11. Even Joanna's older son Dwayne, who would have been five years old at the
time questions- "If this is real, how come I was never affected?"
12. Philip has a long history of disobedience, destructiveness, mendaciousness,
theft, rebellion, and cruelty. A mental health clinician could take their pick of
disorders from the DSM IV, from 312.8 Conduct Disorder, 313.81 Oppositional Defiant Disorder, 312.9
Disruptive Behavior Disorder, or V71.02 Child or Adolescent Antisocial Behavior. Toss in 313.23
Selective Mutism, enuresis and DELIBERATE encopresis. (In a "therapeutic foster home",
Philip smeared his feces all over the bathroom).
13. Philip's behavior progressed to the point that he entered the Juvenile
System in 1997 and we voluntarily asked Oregon Services for Children and Families
for HELP.

14. In November 1998, Philip went to Eastern Oregon Adolescent Multi-Treatment
Center in Pendleton, OR.
15. In mid-1999 a mental health clinician at EOAMTC "diagnosed" Philip
has having 309.81 Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and decided Philip was
"depressed". Of all the terms mental health professionals had used to describe Philip's behavior,
"depressed" had never been mentioned, nor would it come to mind.
16. In July 1999, Oregon Services to Children and Families decided to ALLEGE
that Affiant Leonard Henderson had caused "long term mental
injury" to Philip and fed Affiant into the famous CPS meatgrinder of malicious prosecution of no
Constitutional Due Process, fabrication of "evidence", compelled classes, therapy, threats and coercion.
17. By the time Affiant "proved a negative", that Affiant had
absolutely NOT caused Philip's behavior in any way, Affiant had suffered the collapse of his
health due to the stress of fighting the FALSE ALLEGATION, and lost his three (3) businesses.
18. Affiant has become one on America's foremost Family Rights Advocates because
of this, and is the founder of Oregon Family Rights (http://OregonFamilyRights.com)
and a co-founder of American Family Rights Association (http://FamilyRightsAssociation.com).
19. Philip was in the custody of the State of Oregon until he "aged
out" of the system at the age of 18.
20. When Joanna was informed that Philip was about to "graduate from Foster
Care" (what this really means is the Social Security Title IV funds dry up),
Joanna launched a WAR that Philip was going to come back to live with the family. Like most kids the
System dumps out, Philip had NO high school diploma, NO GED, NO job skills, and the same behavior problems as
ever.
21. Joanna's "plan" was that Affiant was to get this vapid kid
"up to speed", get his GED and learn some job skills from Affiant.
22. Because Affiant is homeschooling and has developed a computerized home
school system that is years ahead of public school, Affiant was confident
that Philip could quickly obtain his GED.
23. Alas, Philip did not see computers as a "learning opportunity",
rather a handy conduit to obtain porn, and refused to do anything of an educational nature.
24. Philip was then enrolled in the Lincoln City GED class. Philip's
participation was terminated due to his theft of items from the school and other
students.
25. Affiant arranged for Philip to have an interview with Angel Point Job Corps
in Yachats Oregon. Philip smart-mouthed the interviewer and deliberately
sabotaged his opportunity there.
26. Philip expressed an interest in the military. Affiant consulted with
all the branches of the military, and for various reasons (no HS diploma, GED) he was only
minimally acceptable to the Army. Even the Army required Philip's juvenile record to be expunged
(due to an Assault IV charge) before they would even consider recruiting him.
27. Affiant dutifully wrote a letter to Wallowa County Juvenile Director Molly
Rogers explaining the situation and asking her to expedite the expungement of
Philip's juvenile records so he could go to the Army.

28. Wallowa County Juvenile Director Molly Rogers REFUSED to pursue
expunging Philip's juvenile records and REQUIRED Philip to "stay
out of trouble for 2 years" before she would "consider it".
29. Affiant shot back a hot letter to Molly Rogers AND the Wallowa County
Commissioner's Office detailing Molly Roger's involvement in the False
Allegations against Affiant and the resulting destruction of Affiant's authority as "Father" to
Philip. Affiant also demonstrated to Molly Rogers her collusion with Oregon Services to Children and Families'
Stephanie Williams in enabling and ENCOURAGING Philip tocommit crimes and CREATED Philip's Felony Charges
by putting him in Foster Homes that did not monitor and control his activity.
30. Three days later, upon receipt of that statement, Molly Rogers either
RESIGNED or was FIRED (I had previously supplied several packets of evidence
to the Commissioner's Office of her malicious and mendacious activities.)
31. But Philip's record was not expunged.
32. A few days later, in the middle of March, 2002, Philip became bored
with laying on the couch, watching television and eating. He decided to
reassert his self-esteem "Boss of the World" status given to Oregon's children under the age of 18. He
became verbally abusive to the family and then made a THREAT.
33. Affiant and our church pastor IMMEDIATELY removed Philip from the
Henderson home and took him to Union Gospel Mission in
Salem.
There was NO PLACE left for him because he had sabotaged every other local opportunity.
34. Joanna displayed considerable anguish over Philip's removal from our
home, and a few days later, was supposed to pick the younger kids up from
church school. At about 4pm, the pastor called wondering if anybody was going to pick up the kids.
Obviously, Joanna ran, and it really wasn't hard to figure out where she went.
35. Joanna called that evening from Salem, happy and bubbly about "how
great Philip is doing there".
36. Philip seemed to be doing OK at Union Gospel Mission until he "got sick
and tired of being told what to do" and apparently "cussed them out
good". Philip was booted out of UGM for one month.
37. Philip "hung around" Salem for a few days, got beat up by some
other street thugs, got his name in the Salem paper as the "victim", and Joanna went
ballistic.
38. Joanna arranged for Philip to go to her sister's home in Vancouver WA.
Philip spent one night there and the sister and brother-in-law took Philip to the
Employment Agency to sign up for jobs. Philip disappeared and resurfaced in Salem the next day. The
brother-in-law's gold wedding band coincidentally disappeared.
39. Joanna and I pleaded with UGM to "give Philip another chance" and
UGM let him back in.
40. Philip lasted a few days at UGM, threw another cussing fit and burnt his
bridge at Salem UGM forever.
41. Philip insisted he wanted to go to Hermiston and live with a former foster
mom (Rochelle and her husband), who "just LOVED Philip and he is
welcome back here anytime".

42. Affiant had consistently insisted that Philip just go get a job in Salem and
refused to allow Joanna to DRIVE Philip to Hermiston.
43. Joanna disappeared on foot this time and Affiant believed Joanna had just
gotten her first paycheck from working at a motel in Lincoln City. Affiant
assumed that once again, Joanna had abandoned the family to go save Philip from himself. In our
society, this kind of decision-making is NONE of Affiant's business.
44. Two days later, Joanna arrives at home at midnight and reveals that she had
not gone to Salem. She had sent Philip the bus fare from Salem to Hermiston
and she had been sleeping in porta-potties. It is unclear whether she called 911 because she (claimed) she
was cold, or if she was picked up by Lincoln City Police.
45. In either event, LCP took her to Samaritan Hospital in Lincoln City, given a
Zyprexa. She was queried whether she felt threatened by Affiant and could
not go home. She asserted that Affiant was not a threat and either the hospital or the police put her in
a taxi to take her home.
46. TWO DAYS LATER, Affiant receives a phone call from Rochelle in Hermiston.
Rochelle is crying because Philip has created a turmoil in her home
and THREATENED her husband.
47. Joanna arranges with Rochelle to take Philip to Pendleton Mental Health,
which Rochelle did. Philip abandoned his pack and disappeared from the
clinic.
48. Long series of COLLECT PHONE CALLS ensue. (over $200 worth) I told
Philip to STOP calling, QUIT playing with his mother's emotions, and GET A
JOB. (Right there, in the very heart of manual labor jobs in the food, hay, grain, and feedlot industries)
49. Collect Phone Calls continue ($150 worth next month). Philip bragging
about "hanging around with the bums behind the Pendleton Walmart".
Philip working on mother's emotions. Philip calls AT MID-NIGHT, "scared to death of the cops".
Story about cops invading his tent, taking his prescription medications, and "planted drugs" in his
tent so they could "bust him".
50. Joanna now FRANTIC and headed for another BIG EVENT. Philip gets bus
fare from Pendleton Salvation Army back to Portland.
51. Rather than Joanna go absolutely bonkers over this kid AGAIN, I just paid
his bus fare from Portland to Salem and picked him up in Salem. Joanna
ecstatically happy that "Leonard's hard heart against Philip finally softened" and going to "give
him one more chance".
52. Affiant immediately tries to get Philip into Heartland Ministries in
Missouri. Alas, we have to wait a week for the application packet to arrive by mail.
I am DESPERATE to get this kid to Missouri and out of our house immediately (while trying hard not to let
Joanna know how desperate I was to get him on his way)
53. Affiant calls Missouri, PLEADING to take this kid quickly.
54. Alas, Heartland Ministries (HM) asks me hard questions- "Why
isn't this kid working already?" And "Is he on medication, and who is in charge of
dispensing it?" I dutifully recite how people who have problems" have to be responsible for
remembering to take their medication if they want to be "OK".

55. Alas, HM says "We don't take people who have to take psychiatric
medications". I switch gears immediately and point out that I don't
think he needs medications, that his mother is at the root of the psychiatric game and he has done QUITE WELL
without medication"
56. HM (unconvinced) says "Well fill out the forms and we will let you know
when to take him for the BLOOD WORK". Affiant says thank you,
hangs up the phone and supposed aloud that this didn't look too promising. Probably TWO MONTHS before
Philip could go, if at all.
57. Philip grew lazier and mouthier by the day. It is decided that
since the FIRST QUESTION we are asked is "Why isn't he working?",
perhaps he should be spending the days looking for a job rather than lay around the house.
58. Which brings us to October 18, 2002. The first thing Joanna did was
buy Philip a "new" bicycle. Then Joanna hauled Philip around to pick up
application sheets because "Philip got too tired riding his bicycle".
59. The little kids in the van arrive crying because Philip sprayed his
anti-deodorant all over the inside of the van and they are feeling sick from the intense
smell and listening to Philip run his caustic mouth.
60. Some kind of discussion that ends in a small row. Joanna wants Agape
church pastor to "talk with Philip". (Joanna is "mad" at our regular pastor
for trying to get her to "let go of this kid and let him grow up". Joanna learns Agape does CLASSES and last night
was "Anger Management Class". Joanna and Philip attend. Joanna and Philip come back to the
house and so far as any of us knew, everything was fine. Joanna took a nice hot bath and went to the back
bedroom.
61. Police arrive because a "lady is on the phone in the back room of the
house and she says she has taken a bunch of pills". Joanna is hauled away
in the ambulance.
62. Such has been the apparently mutually destructive relationship between
Joanna Henderson and her son Philip Fauth.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
