Pursuant to the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. s. 552, and Privacy Act, 5USC sec 552a and according to the Open Records Act in the State of Oregon, and according to parental rights and citizen rights to obtain all documents and records named herein, we request access to and copies of any records with the names Leonard Henderson, Joanna Henderson, or Philip Henderson on it.

We would like to receive the information in electronic format.

Through this request, we are gathering information on the operation and methods of SOSCF investigations that is of current interest to the public because these operations and methods are held in secrecy. This information is being sought on behalf of Leonard Henderson and Joanna Henderson for dissemination to the general public.

Please waive any applicable fees. Release of the information is in the public interest because it will contribute significantly to public understanding of government operations and activities.

We expect full compliance with these demands under FOIA/Privacy Act, pro se, and full disclosure. In documents that contain exempt material our right is to see the unexempted portion and no document can be concealed because it contains exempt material. All exempted material requires, by law, a detailed justification of what was exempted and the reasons why it is excluded.
