Some time in the middle of October 1999, I was in the very "last" Community Resources Team meeting (CRT) doing the last butt-kissing to get the whole case shut down and myself and the boy OUT OF THE SYSTEM.
The boy was at school at that EXACT MOMENT stealing several CD's.
We were out of the system for less than 2 hours.

Juvenile exceeds Wallowa County's $7,000 detention budget
"According to county juvenile director Molly Rogers, this same youth, whose cost to the county is at the $10,000 mark is alleged to have kicked in a soda machine at the Pendleton High School as well..."
Molly Rogers and Stephanie Williams CREATED this and ENABLED him to do it. And to them should go all the credit.
Incidentally, Molly Rogers tried to get me to sign a paper accepting responsibility to PAY for the pop machine. I asked her what it was, and she replied: "Oh nothing important. I just need your signature". I saw John Lawrence wince and decided perhaps I should READ what I was signing. It said something about my promising to pay $7,800 damages for the pop machine. I handed it back to her and said: "No, I don't think I will be signing that anytime soon, especially since he is YOUR Frankenstein's monster. How can you hold ME responsible for what he does in YOUR warm, fuzzy, feel good foster home? You have run holding ME responsible for his actions into the ground". She was REALLY TICKED. But she was desperate to GET OUT OF THE COURTROOM before Commissioner Boswell caught her trying to jack me up.

Momma sez- "Why do you ALWAYS accuse Philip of doing such things?"
Leonard sez- "Oh I dunno, maybe I am a computer professional and it's hard to hide your tracks from me."
January, 2002- The "Kid" turns 18, becomes useless to State for Federal money, after not responding the way they preferred to WellButrin treatment (the only possible reason to put an 18 year old boy on WellButrin was to try to get him to commit a sex crime and go to the Pen).
The "Kid" was released without HS diploma, GED or and job skills. We found the only place that would consider taking him was the US Army. But they required his record to be expunged. We removed all these records from the website to comply with the requirements for "expunged" records. On January 28, 2002, we wrote a nice letter to Wallowa County Juvenile Dept's John Lawrence asking them to expunge the records. The chief witch herself replied on February 4, 2002.
February 11, 2002 We write this INDICTING letter to Molly Rogers, Director of Wallowa County Juvenile Department and CC copies to US Senator Gordon Smith, US Senator Ron Wyden, Oregon State Senator Mark Simmons, Wallowa County Commissioner Ben Boswell, and the State of Oregon Governor's Advocacy Office
February 14, 2002 (or thereabouts) Molly Rogers resigns. We heard she went to Wasco County. WATCH OUT The Dalles, Oregon for a new wave of mendaciousness!
March 8, 2002- The "Kid" publishes his story.
Philip gets booted out of GED class for stealing. Then sabotages Job Corps interview. Sabotages employment interviews.
March 19, 2002- The 18 year old Baby Man threatens siblings- Is immediately transported to Rescue Mission to start new life.
August 2002- Baby Man gets booted out of Rescue Mission because he "got tired of being told what to do and cussed them out real good". Collect phone calls start- $150 worth in August. I tell him to get a job numerous times. Lots of low skills agricultural jobs around Salem Oregon.
Philip goes to Aunt and Uncles' in Vancouver, WA. They take him to Employment Office to find JOB for Philip. He runs off from the Employment office. Shows back up in Salem.
August 29, 2002- Baby Man runs smart mouth at street thugs and gets beat up (Newspaper scan- 130k gif)
Mama talks Rescue Mission into taking Philip back because he got beat up.
Less than one week later Philip gets booted out of Rescue Mission FOREVER.
September- Mama pays bus fare for Baby Man to go to former foster home in Hermiston. Runs welcome out in 3 days. Threatens former foster parent. Ends up living in tent in trees by Pendleton Walmart. Collect phone calls over $200 for September . I tell him REPEATEDLY to GET A JOB. Pendleton-Hermiston-Boardman is the very heart of low skills agricultural and food industry employment.
September 25, 2002 - Baby Man has run up over $350 in collect phone calls manipulating Mama. He finally calls at midnight "Scared because cops are after him". Mama believes this OBVIOUS LIE and Baby Man comes back to our house one more time. I honestly wonder WHY we are "saving him from the cops" if the cops REALLY ARE after him? But Mama won't have that. Mama wants to save him from himself. Again. Momma says "He's only 19".
October 19, 2002- Mama is institutionalized See Affidavit
October 20, 2002 Baby Man causes turmoil in the house all night long for at least the fifth night straight. He is told to leave. Don't come back. Don't call anymore.
The State of Oregon deserves the same prosecution and financial devastation that they did to me when they enabled this kid to be this way.
I shall ALWAYS WONDER if I could have stopped this 15 years ago if I had EVER been allowed to use Corporal Punishment?
Actually, I KNOW that Corporal Punishment would have stopped it.
I was simply asking the question in a rhetorical manner so as not to offend the pathetic, weedy Politically Correct who have created MILLIONS of these kids and the complete destruction of American society.
