In re-reading Stephanie Williams’ letter dated August 30, 1999, I note her last paragraph: “I realize this is a lot of information and I am only summarizing my assessment.”

I feel it may be important to know what that assessment actually says before I make a decision whether to continue the grievance process.

Would you see any problem in providing me with a complete copy of Stephanie Williams’ assessment?
