I have received your "Notice of Request for Financial Records" informing me that I am "in arrears on child support obligation".
Once again you have it backwards. I am the person who was AWARDED child support and have NEVER RECEIVED child support.
A few years ago, you got it so messed up that I OWED child support to my present husband's ex-wife (He was awarded custody of his children too but his ex was not ordered to pay because of her "inability to pay").
Maybe I owe myself and I need a court ordering me to pay myself.
As for my ex-husband, he was $32,000 in arrears in the early 1990's. A California judge "ordered" him to pay ONE DOLLAR A MONTH on the arrears and might have "suggested" for him to begin paying the support. I have not received the ONE DOLLAR EITHER.
My ex-husband is so fat and lazy he can't even take care of himself. I doubt he has a bank account for you to look at. Throwing him in jail would IMPROVE his useless life, but you will never get any money.
Your system is powerless to deal with such worthless nonentities as him.
Sincerely,
Mary Joanna Henderson
